Beta
Beta is a national organization devoted to honoring and recognizing students for their achievement, character and leadership qualities, as well as encouraging growth through service and comradery.
Requirements
Grades:
Each BETA member must maintain at least a 90% average to remain in BETA. You cannot make any D's or F's as final grades. If you do, you will be placed on academic probation. While on probation you must bring your grades up for that reporting period or you will be removed from the club.
Points:
All BETA club members must achieve a certain amount of points.
Point requirements include:
Seniors: 225 points
Juniors: 225 points
Sophomores: 250 points
In order to go to convention, a certain number of points is required for each grade level:
Seniors: 112.5 points
Juniors: 112.5 points
Sophomores: 125 points
Each service hour is worth 5 BETA Points
